Our Services
Conditional Bond Release Program is a court diversionary program to assist low-risk offenders. We offer an alternative to incarceration for those defendants unable to post a bond or secure their own release from custody due to a lack of resources. As a condition of release, the defendant must agree to be supervised by staff. The defendant will undergo a thorough background investigation.
Pre-Trial Release Program is a court-referred program that provides weekly supervision, random drug testing, and daily monitoring by telephone.
Electronic Monitoring of Offenders (GPS) allows offenders to maintain normal community activities while being monitored.
Case Supervision provides services to assist the clients with the terms and conditions of their court-ordered supervision. These services may include but are not limited to random drug testing, and referrals to outpatient services such as substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, GED services, and vocational training.
